Ook kun je naar het vaste land om vanaf daar island-hopping te doen. Het eiland zelf was fantastisch qua verblijf, het strand was prachtig en het personeel was buitengewoon goed. The island itself is a piece of heaven... opening the door of our guest house would reviel a perfect beach setting with no noise except the sound of waves on the beach and birds in the trees. I have never been to a more magical and peaceful place than this one. I am a diver and love snorkling and free diving... if you head out to the edge of the shallows where the depth drops there are amazing coral blooms and sea life. Magical! you "do not" want to miss this experience!

The island has very scenic views, amazing sunsets and sunrises. They are able to offer transfer from the airport and have made the journey smooth.

The air conditioning is turned off in the day which we requested to be turned back on as it was 30 degrees but they would only run it for a few hours. There was an ant infestation, both mornings we woke up to the floor, sides and walls covered in ants (and a couple of lizards).
It’s a lovely place but could do with a bit of an update on the accommodation.

An improvement that could be made... The only alcoholic beverage offered on the island is beer... I'm not a beer drinker so a couple of other simple options would have been great.

  Beautiful and peaceful island! My parents enjoyed massages by the beach. My son collected an army of hermit crabs found along the sand and enjoyed kayaking by the sea. My... read more son has also been very picky during our trip and would only eat sinigang - Evelin and Sonny went out of their way to pick up all the necessary ingredients so Chef Brian can make it for us on the island. Each meal they prepared for us was delicious! Us non-singers very much enjoyed singing kareoke after dinner. The staff at the island made us feel very welcome and took good care of us during our short stay.

They only had water and beer to drink on the island, so keep that in mind so you can pick up your preferred nourishments along the way. The island runs on solar energy during the day and the caretakers would have to turn on the generator to run the AC at night. Also keep in mind to conserve the water as they come from water tanks which they have to get from the main island. It’s such a memorable experience! Thanks
