  Wow! A private island in the Philippines sounds far too good to be true, but it isn’t. This place is magical. Truly beautiful island, large white sand soft beach with... read more turquoise crystal clear water. Main house has two double bunks which are more than big enough to share a bed with a partner. We weren’t certain prior to coming if we would have the whole place to ourselves because we knew there were other rooms, however, it is private, if you book just one room you have the island to yourself.
Island hoppers attended the island to sunbathe for 3 hours one day, which seems to be an arrangement that they have with nearby hotels etc, this isn’t really an issue however as there is plenty of space for it to still feel private, although definitely better when the island hoppers are not there. The staff are amazing! Nothing too much trouble, very attentive. Food is top class. Communication and pick up very easy. Overall, top class gem, real privilege to have had the chance to stay. Thank you!

The island has very scenic views, amazing sunsets and sunrises. They are able to offer transfer from the airport and have made the journey smooth.

The island itself is a piece of heaven... opening the door of our guest house would reviel a perfect beach setting with no noise except the sound of waves on the beach and birds in the trees. I have never been to a more magical and peaceful place than this one. I am a diver and love snorkling and free diving... if you head out to the edge of the shallows where the depth drops there are amazing coral blooms and sea life. Magical! you "do not" want to miss this experience!

My... read more son has also been very picky during our trip and would only eat sinigang - Evelin and Sonny went out of their way to pick up all the necessary ingredients so Chef Brian can make it for us on the island. Each meal they prepared for us was delicious! Us non-singers very much enjoyed singing kareoke after dinner. The staff at the island made us feel very welcome and took good care of us during our short stay.

They only had water and beer to drink on the island, so keep that in mind so you can pick up your preferred nourishments along the way. The island runs on solar energy during the day and the caretakers would have to turn on the generator to run the AC at night. Also keep in mind to conserve the water as they come from water tanks which they have to get from the main island. It’s such a memorable experience! Thanks
