We stayed for... read more 3 nights and we absolutely intend to come back and stay for even longer next time. Such an amazing experience to have an island to yourself with a beautiful beach and reef for snorkelling. The food was also excellent! Very yummy at every meal!
Pamela was also an excellent host, very responsive when I had a question from booking to the stay, and also let us know additional things on offer such as boat trips, though we enjoyed just having peace and time to chill on the beach.
We had a lovely beach dinner on our last night with videoke, it was so much fun.
The staff on the island were also amazing, very polite and attentive! Honestly cannot fault anything!

We weren’t certain prior to coming if we would have the whole place to ourselves because we knew there were other rooms, however, it is private, if you book just one room you have the island to yourself.
Island hoppers attended the island to sunbathe for 3 hours one day, which seems to be an arrangement that they have with nearby hotels etc, this isn’t really an issue however as there is plenty of space for it to still feel private, although definitely better when the island hoppers are not there. The staff are amazing! Nothing too much trouble, very attentive. Food is top class. Communication and pick up very easy. Overall, top class gem, real privilege to have had the chance to stay. THE FOOD WAS INCREDIBLE, the best we had in Philippines - best pancakes ever had, amazing fish, pasta (and we are Italians!!), vegetables…. Everything was perfect and way better than expected. So much worth it for the money spent. I can’t recommend this place enough if you are looking for a very relaxing place to recharge your batteries from one tour to the other.

The island has very scenic views, amazing sunsets and sunrises. They are able to offer transfer from the airport and have made the journey smooth.

Island hopping was a highlight - no other people, just stunning beaches and nature. We had fantastic snorkeling experiences, and we were very lucky to see both dugongs and dolphins. The kids loved the beach, kayaking, fishing, and the thoughtful touches like beach toys and candy bought specifically for them. A special thanks to Pamela for her close follow-up, ensuring all our needs were met throughout the stay. Highly recommend this place!

  A really nice hidden gem

  We spent 3 nights on Rock Island and it was nothing short of incredible! The staff are attentive and friendly and go out of their way to make your stay... read more special. They got a cake from town and set up outdoor karaoke on the beach to celebrate a birthday in the family. On our snorkeling and island hopping day, Richard even climbed a coconut tree when our daughter asked if there were any fresh coconuts available for lunch. Noting that there is no warm water in the bathrooms and the TVs do not work in case those are necessities for anyone. Also, recommend making snack and drink requests before your arrival so that the staff can try to prepare beforehand as they don’t keep much on hand or bring your own; there were no snack and very few drinks available during our stay.

Can rent a kayak for additional 300 php which is cheap compared to the tour companies that rent them for 1500! All in all, a good experience. Time stands still, and a day feels like a week.
